2. Data We Collect
We only collect data strictly necessary for the purposes described below:

- Request for quote or booking: identity, contact details, and information necessary to process the request (dates, desired services).
- Newsletter: email address, only if you have subscribed.
- Browsing: technical connection data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for security and audience measurement purposes.
Mandatory fields are indicated in each form. No sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR is requested; please do not provide any such data spontaneously.

4. Retention Periods
Contact requests: three (3) years from the last exchange. Contractual documents and accounting records: ten (10) years in accordance with legal obligations. Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn, then deleted within thirty (30) days. Technical logs: twelve (12) months maximum. Beyond that, data is deleted or anonymized.
5. Recipients and Subcontractors
Data is intended only for the teams of attoseconde authorized to process it. Also involved, as subprocessors within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR and within the limits of their assignment, are: the site hosting provider, the email sending service provider, and if applicable, the audience measurement tool and payment solution. Each is bound by a contract enforcing confidentiality and security. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Transfers Outside the European Union
Data is hosted within the European Union. If a subprocessor were to process data outside the EU, the transfer would be governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, and the list of recipients involved would be provided upon request.
7. Security
attoseconde implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, alteration, and unauthorized access: encryption of exchanges (HTTPS), access control, regular backups, and logging. In case of a data breach presenting a risk to your rights, you would be informed in accordance with Article 34 of the GDPR.
8. Your Rights
In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, as well as the right to data portability and the right to define directives concerning the fate of your data after your death. You may withdraw your consent at any time when processing is based on it.
