This policy describes how Logos Partner, publisher of the B2B SaaS platform AttoSeconde, processes personal data.

1 – Role as Processor

For the data entered by its clients (candidates, contacts, prospects), AttoSeconde acts as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR. The client company is the controller.

Obligations

• to process the data only on documented instructions from the controller;
• to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the data;
• to assist the controller in responding to requests from data subjects;
• to delete or return the data at the end of the service.

2 – Role as Controller (limited cases)

For the management of its relationship with direct clients/prospects (professional contact details), on the basis of the performance of the contract or legitimate interest. The site uses Google Analytics (legitimate interest).
